We will consider only those offers that are above the minimum floor price of Rs 10.5 cr. The offer price is not the only consideration but offers below the minimum will not be considered.

Any interested party should get in touch as soon as possible. We would like to close the transaction by 1st week of July 2025. Any offer above the minimum price may be considered and finalized immediately.
