Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payment and Reservation Policy:

  • 50% deposit is required at the  time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the check-in
  • If you are booking for stay starting in the next 30 days, full amount of the booking is required
  • Please note, bookings are not confirmed until advance payment is made.
  • Rooms booked can’t be downgraded and upgrades are possible subject to availability and payment of the difference in tariffs.
  • Itmenaan Lodges reserves the right to make changes to your room selection. If your room is downgraded, the difference will be refunded.
  • Any change in the dates of the reservation is generally not allowed. 

Cancellation Policy:

  • 10% of the total booking amount (not the deposit) to be deducted for cancellations done at least 30 days before check-in. 
  • 50% of the total booking amount deducted if cancellation done 30 days to 7 days before the day of check-in.
  • 80% of the total booking amount deducted if cancellation done 7 days to 1 day before the day of check-in.
  • No refund for no shows or cancellation on the day of the check-in or later. 
  • If you were offered additional discount over and above the rates mentioned on this page, the booking is non refundable.
