For two and three-night packages include guided walks around the property to the viewpoints with a staff member.

Per Room Per Night Rates (GST Additional):

Kafal Room: ₹6300 for one night stay. ₹5800 per night for two night stay. ₹5200 per night for three night stay.

Oak Room: ₹7500 for one night stay. ₹6800 per night for two night stay. ₹6200 per night for three night stay.

Pine Cottage: ₹9000 for one night stay. ₹8100 per night for two night stay. ₹7500 per night for three night stay.

Deodar Cottage: ₹10500 for one night stay. ₹9500 per night for two night stay. ₹8500 per night for three night stay.

Extra person in the room:

Infant to 5 years – complimentary
6 to 12 years – ₹900 + GST
13 years onwards – ₹1800 + GST

Meal prices per person:

Breakfast: ₹550 + GST
Lunch: ₹750 + GST
Dinner: ₹850 + GST

Elevate Your Experience to a New Level

1. Picnic lunches at beautiful viewpoints and candle light dinners on any part of the estate can be arranged for ₹1200+ 5% GST per person. Minimum two people required. 

2. Kumaoni Thali with a finest selection of Kumaoni dishes, can be ordered in advance at ₹1200+ 5% GST per person. Minimum two people required.

3. Private evening bonfire outside your cottage or room: ₹500 + 5% GST for each night (typically for 2 hours)

Payment Policy:

• 50% deposit is required at the  time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the check-in
• If you are booking for stay starting in the next 30 days, full amount of the booking is required
• Please note, bookings are not confirmed until advance payment is made.

Cancellation Policy:

• 10% of the total booking amount to be deducted for cancellations done at least 30 days before check-in. 
• 50% of the total booking amount deducted if cancellation done 30 days to 7 days before the day of check-in.
• 80% of the total booking amount deducted if cancellation done 7 days to 1 day before the day of check-in.
• No refund for no shows or cancellation on the day of the check-in or later. 
• If you were offered additional discount over and above the rates mentioned on this page, the booking is non refundable.
