Butterfly Rooms 1, 2 and 3:

One night stay: ₹8,500 per room per night + 5% GST, Two night stay: ₹7,490 per room per night + 5% GST, Three night stay: ₹6,900 per room per night + 5% GST

Beetle Room:

Standard Rate: ₹7,000 per room per night + 5% GST
Book for 2 nights & more: ₹6,000 per room per night + 5% GST

Extra person in the room (all year):
Infant to 5 years – complimentary
6 to 12 years – ₹900 + GST
13 years onwards – ₹1,500 + GST

Note: We only serve set meals. The cost is ₹750 + 5% GST for breakfast and lunch per person and ₹850 + 5% GST for dinner

Elevate You Experience at Fredy’s Bungalow

• Boating excursion at Sattal lake with one of our staff members as your guide: ₹600 per person + 5% GST (Minimum two people required)
• Bird watching with a certified guide: ₹4500 + 5% GST for a two hour excursion
• Picnic lunches at scenic viewpoints during a walk: ₹1200 + 5% GST (Min. two people required)
• Candlelight dinner arranged in the lawn: ₹1200 + 5% GST (Min. two people required)
• Kumaoni Thali with exclusive Kumaoni cuisine: ₹1200 + 5% GST (Min. two people required)
• Private Evening Bonfire exclusively for your group: ₹500 + 5% GST (Around 2 hours)
• Guided walk around the property/local activities nearby (free for stays of two nights or more)

Payment Policy:

• 50% deposit is required at the  time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the check-in
• If you are booking for stay starting in the next 30 days, full amount of the booking is required
• Please note, bookings are not confirmed until advance payment is made.

Cancellation Policy:

• 10% of the total booking amount to be deducted for cancellations done at least 30 days before check-in. 
• 50% of the total booking amount deducted if cancellation done 30 days to 7 days before the day of check-in.
• 80% of the total booking amount deducted if cancellation done 7 days to 1 day before the day of check-in.
• No refund for no shows or cancellation on the day of the check-in or later. 
• If you were offered additional discount over and above the rates mentioned on this page, the booking is non refundable.
